The Right Design
For smaller projects, Paces staff and our trade specialists might handle design. Larger home remodeling projects benefit from an interior or kitchen designer, an architect or a landscape architect. You can use your own design resources; we’ll be happy to work with them and can add other resources to their expertise, if needed. Or, once we understand your needs and budget, we can recommend top design professionals so you can choose who most clearly shares your tastes and ideas.
Flexible Arrangements
We’ll renovate under a simple agreement, with either a fixed price and timeframe, or on a cost-plus basis that gives homeowners total control. We’ll explain the differences and advantages based on the scope of your project, budget and time constraints.
We Suggest, You Decide
Homeowners are often delighted at suggestions we make that they hadn’t thought of, taking the solution to a new level. Want more lighting in a dark room?
